IMAG2384Our newly installed Indoor Golf Simulator powered by a Skytrak Golf Launch Monitor System , allows beginner and experienced golfers to play, practice, and train year round. Steve Shultz, formerly the First Assistant Pro at the Country Club of Maryland, has been hired to oversee and manage the Golf Performance and Swing Instruction programs..

Featuring a full-projection screen, the Skytrak Golf Launch Monitor System can be utilized to analyze and improve a golf swing and the overall performance of the golfer. The system tracks ball trajectories, distance, spin and launch angles with the results e-mailed to the user at the conclusion of the session. It can be rented for driving practice, or for users to play nine or 18 holes of golf, with ten different courses to choose from.  In conjunction with the golf simulator, Red Brook Health and Wellness is offering golf-specific training programs that focuses on mobility, muscle activation, and overall strength.

Driving Range Mode

driving rangeThe golf simulator is available for use by members and non-members of Red Brook Health and Wellness Center, with discounted rates available for members.

Driving Range mode will be able to track:

  • Launch Angle
  • Ball Speed
  • Side Spin
  • Club head speed
  • Side Angle

All Driving Range sessions can be e-mailed to the participant concluding the session.

Golf Performance Training
